Sylvain Mahe

Sylvain acts a catalyst for change in organizations by gradually bringing Agile and Lean practices with a strong focus on collaboration, measured results and delivery. Passionate about team dynamics and facilitation, Sylvain helps empower teams to reach technical and collaboration excellence, make change stick and improve happiness at work. He has a strong technical background from his experience as a software developer and technical lead engineer (OO programming, design patterns, continuous integration, refactoring). Sylvain is also a life coach, with a focus on relationships and transformation. He helps client explore their true nature and find their way towards a more fulfilling life.

Savita Pahuja

Savita is an Agile Coach and Trainer who helps organizations in cultivating a strong agile culture on the pillars of high performing teams, user centric software development and technical excellence. Her expertise areas are Scrum, Lean, Kanban and other visual discovery methods. She started her journey in IT industry as a developer and since then have been contributing in the Agile Community by performing various roles such as developer, scrum master, Agile coach, blogger and speaker.

Agile Fundamentals Workshop

This is an ICAgile accredited course which covers Agile basic concepts, guiding principles, and terminology. To help assimilate the tools and techniques learned, there will be a mixture of group and team exercises throughout the course. The use of realistic case studies will help reinforce concepts learned. Students will need to be prepared for a high level of participation. Each participant will also receive a comprehensive student guide complete with examples and workshop solutions after the workshop.

This course is valuable for all agile team members: Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Customers, Users, Scrum Masters or Project Coaches, Testers, Developers and Architects – basically anyone who is involved in agile projects.
